3-Cone Drill

What you need:



-3 Cones

How it works:

1).Start by playing the ball to your partner through any two cones, ball must stay on the ground.

2).With their first touch your partner must set themselves up to play through a different set of cones.

3).Score a point by forcing your opponent to make one of the following mistakes: Taking more than two touches, playing through the same set of cones you received the ball from, not passing through any set of cones, or striking a cone while attempting to play through them.

Pro tip: Make it harder for your opponent by playing firm balls and changing direction quickly with your first touch.
